Have you heard of reiki? This is an ancient alternative medicine technique from Tibet and Japan. Connected to our physical body is the energy body, which is not easily seen by the human eye. Emotions and memories can get stuck or become overactive in our energy centers and the energy field around us, correlating with feeling low or stressed, feeling unfocused or easily fatigued, experiencing pain and tension, developing dis-ease in certain areas of the physical body, etc. In the practice of reiki, we move and transmute stagnant or congested energy. Light touch or no touch (hovering) by the palms may be used on a fully clothed client.

If you have experienced a reiki session with us and find yourself drawn to learning this ancient healing arts modality to channel reiki yourself, this is a unique opportunity for 1:1 mentoring and formal reiki instruction, attunements, and certification.

• Reiki 1 focuses on the history of traditional Usui/Tibetan reiki, physical healing, and healing of yourself, physical spaces, animal friends, plants, food, water.

• Reiki 2 focuses on healing at the mental and emotional level, as well as healing across time and space (which makes long-distance channeling possible).

• The Reiki 3/Master class is a two-day course that focuses on healing at the soul level and teaching reiki formally to others.
